Avec l'ETSI TR 103 854, l'Europe dispose d\u00e9sormais d'un cadre technique pour des interfaces normalis\u00e9es et v\u00e9rifiables entre les d\u00e9tenteurs de donn\u00e9es sur les v\u00e9hicules et les autorit\u00e9s, couvrant des cas d'utilisation tels que la cartographie VIN-to-IMEI\/IMSI, la localisation des v\u00e9hicules et la divulgation des donn\u00e9es sur les v\u00e9hicules.
