ICS \u5e2e\u52a9\u6c7d\u8f66\u539f\u59cb\u8bbe\u5907\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u79fb\u52a8\u8bbe\u5907\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u5b9e\u65bd \u5408\u6cd5\u7684<\/strong> and privacy\u2011aware lawful disclosure and interception capabilities that meet ETSI TS 103 976 and emerging regulatory requirements for connected vehicles.<\/h2><\/div>

Modern connected vehicles generate rich telematics, location and diagnostic data that law enforcement agencies increasingly want to access in criminal investigations. With ETSI TS 103 976 (Interface for Lawful Disclosure of vehicle\u2011related data), Europe now has a normative technical specification for standardized, auditable request\/response interfaces between vehicle data holders and authorized organizations, covering questions such as VIN\u2011to\u2011communications\u2011identifier mapping, vehicle location and the disclosure of connected devices and user accounts. ICS provides carrier\u2011grade interception and disclosure platforms that extend these principles to the automotive world, enabling manufacturers and mobility platforms to respond to lawful requests efficiently, securely and in line with national laws.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

ETSI TS 103 976 (V1.5.1, November 2025) specifies the interface between an Authorized Organization (AO), such as a law enforcement agency, and a Request Processing System (RPS) operated by an organization that holds vehicle\u2011related data, typically a vehicle manufacturer or mobility provider. It builds on the ETSI TS 103 120 messaging framework and mandates JSON encoding over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 and mutual X.509 authentication. The specification defines nine question types: VIN\u2011to\u2011CommsID and CommsID\u2011to\u2011VIN (IMEI, IMSI, MSISDN, MAC address), VIN\u2011to\u2011Location and VIN\u2011to\u2011Location\u2011Push, VIN\u2011to\u2011UniquePartNumber and UniquePartNumber\u2011to\u2011VIN, VIN\u2011to\u2011SubscribedServices, VIN\u2011to\u2011ConnectedDevices and VIN\u2011to\u2011AllocatedUserAccounts. Results can optionally be returned in ISO 20078 containers, and an informative annex addresses access to DSSAD data for automated driving. The interface is deliberately transactional, covering requests and responses rather than live voice or video streams, and must never compromise vehicle safety or security.
