class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u300a\u6b27\u76df\u7535\u5b50\u8bc1\u636e\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff0c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u6307\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b98\u65b9\u8054\u7edc\u70b9\u3002\u8be5\u6307\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\uff08\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee3\u8868\uff09\u8d1f\u8d23\u63a5\u6536\u6b27\u6d32\u5236\u4f5c\u4ee4\u548c\u4fdd\u5168\u4ee4\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u89c4\u5b9a\u671f\u9650\u5185\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u8bf7\u6c42\u673a\u5173\u534f\u8c03\u3002\u6307\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3b\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u5728\u5fb7\u56fd\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u8054\u90a6\u53f8\u6cd5\u5c40\uff08Bundesamt class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8c01\u9700\u8981\u8fd9\u9879\u670d\u52a1\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u670d\u52a1\u5c24\u5176\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u603b\u90e8\u4e0d\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u3001\u4f46\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u56fd\u9645 SaaS \u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u3001\u5168\u7403\u4e91\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u901a\u8fc7 MVNO \u5b89\u6392\u6216\u8f6c\u63a5\u670d\u52a1\u4e3a\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u975e\u6b27\u76df\u7535\u4fe1\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u5728\u7ebf\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u603b\u90e8\u8bbe\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5185\u90e8\u8d44\u6e90\u6765\u7ef4\u6301\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u8bc1\u636e\u8fd0\u8425\u804c\u80fd\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u4ece\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICS \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ICS \u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u7684 \"\u6307\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\u5373\u670d\u52a1\"\uff08Designated Establishment as a Service\uff09\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u8054\u90a6\u53f8\u6cd5\u5c40\uff08Bundesamt fuer Justiz\uff09\u6ce8\u518c\u5e76\u6301\u7eed\u9075\u5b88\u6ce8\u518c\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u901a\u8fc7\u6b27\u76df e-CODEX \u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u5e73\u53f0\u5168\u5929\u5019\u63a5\u6536\u6b27\u6d32\u751f\u4ea7\u6307\u4ee4\u548c\u4fdd\u5168\u6307\u4ee4\u3001\u5bf9\u6536\u5230\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\u8fdb\u884c\u521d\u6b65\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u68c0\u67e5\u548c\u6b63\u5f0f\u8981\u6c42\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff09\u3001\u5c06\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\u5b89\u5168\u4f20\u9001\u5230\u8d35\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6216\u5408\u89c4\u56e2\u961f\u3001\u4ee3\u8868\u8d35\u673a\u6784\u4e0e\u8bf7\u6c42\u673a\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u534f\u8c03\u3001\u5728\u6307\u4ee4\u53d7\u5230\u8d28\u7591\u65f6\u7ba1\u7406\u5f02\u8bae\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ef4\u62a4\u5168\u9762\u7684\u6587\u6863\u548c\u5ba1\u8ba1\u8ddf\u8e2a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e0e ICS \u7535\u5b50\u8bc1\u636e\u5e73\u53f0\u96c6\u6210<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6307\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\u670d\u52a1\u4e0e ICS \u7535\u5b50\u8bc1\u636e\u5408\u89c4\u5e73\u53f0\u65e0\u7f1d\u96c6\u6210\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u6307\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\uff0cICS \u6536\u5230\u7684\u8ba2\u5355\u4f1a\u81ea\u52a8\u8fdb\u5165\u5408\u89c4\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u89e6\u53d1\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u6570\u636e\u63d0\u53d6\u3001\u5ba1\u67e5\u548c\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ece\u8ba2\u5355\u63a5\u6536\u5230\u8bc1\u636e\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u5168\u9762\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u7aef\u5230\u7aef\u5408\u89c4\u7ba1\u9053\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
