Platform Architecture

The ICS e-Evidence Compliance Platform is a modular system that automates the complete lifecycle of European Production Orders (EPOC) and Preservation Orders (EPOC-PR) under EU Regulation 2023/1543. It integrates with your existing network infrastructure and compliance systems through standardised interfaces and APIs.

Order Intake Engine

The order intake engine provides certified interfaces for receiving orders through the EU e-CODEX system and national notification platforms. Incoming orders are automatically parsed, validated against legal requirements and classified by urgency (standard 10-day or emergency 8-hour). Invalid or incomplete orders trigger automated objection workflows with proper documentation.

Data Extraction Module

The data extraction module connects to your operational systems through configurable adapters. Pre-built connectors support common BSS/OSS platforms, CDR repositories, CRM systems, RADIUS/DIAMETER infrastructure, cloud storage backends and database systems. Custom adapters can be developed for proprietary or legacy systems. The module maps EPOC data category requests (subscriber, access, transactional, content) to your specific data sources automatically.

e-CODEX Integration

All communication under the e-Evidence framework flows through the EU e-CODEX system and national notification platforms. The ICS platform provides certified interfaces for secure, encrypted exchange of orders and evidence through these legally mandated channels, ensuring chain-of-custody integrity from order receipt to data delivery.

Audit Trail and Reporting

Every action is logged in a tamper-proof audit trail: order receipt, legal validation, objection decisions, data extraction events, quality checks and delivery confirmations. The reporting module generates compliance documentation for internal governance, external audits and regulatory reviews. Dashboard views provide real-time operational metrics and SLA compliance tracking.

Arquitectura compatible con ETSI

The platform is built on the same ETSI-compliant architecture that powers our lawful interception and data retention solutions. It supports ETSI TS 102 232 handover interfaces and integrates with existing LI infrastructure. For organisations already running ICS LIMS or mediation platforms, the e-Evidence module adds a new compliance workflow layer without requiring separate infrastructure.

Deployment Options

The e-Evidence Compliance Platform is available as an on-premise deployment within your own data centre, as a hosted solution in ICS-managed secure infrastructure within the EU, or as a hybrid model. All deployment options maintain the same security standards, encryption requirements and audit capabilities mandated by the regulation.
